The Mechanical Engineering Department receives and translates the technical drawings into workshop production drawings. It is the first step of production processes in Huisman China. Until July of 2008, all mechanical engineering design as well as drive engineering activities and controle systems were executed abroad. Nowadays the engineers in Huisman China have been carrying out above work independently, under the guidance of experienced foreign experts.

Work Preparation Department colleagues are responsible for the purchase of steel materials, selecting spare parts and components subcontractors, preparing machining work for production departments and the preparation work for steels blanking.

Purchase Department takes charge of purchasing raw materials, standardized materials and miscellaneous items. The Logistics Department makes sure all goods and spares arrive at the right place in time.

Warehouse Department receives the materials according to the procedures, ensures the materials are consistent with the accounts, makes use of the warehouse space rationally and controls the warehouse management cost effectively, timely and accurately distribute materials to make sure smooth production.
 
Production Department is responsible for producing and assembling our products efficiently. The production is monitored and checked thoroughly by QC department.

Electrical Department and Hydraulic Department engineers offers the machines “Life lines”, Electrical and Hydraulic resources for our products.

Control System Department engineers install a “brain” to our products by PLC programming. By this, our products can really move in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Once all parts of the product are in position, the Commissioning Department will put them to operational status. Final tests are done in the presence of the clients.

The whole production procedure from receiving the drawings to delivery of the product is under the planning and supervision of project manager of Project Management Department.
