Training & Development

Human resource is the most important resource in Huisman. Every year,Huisman China invest a lot in the training and career development of our employees.
 
Huisman arranges specific safety-, professional skill-, and management trainings for every employee. We also arrange English training (by a foreign teacher) and Microsoft Office courses for our employees, to help them work with redoubled effect.

In addition, our skillful foreign experts and outstanding colleagues share their experience and skills. By brainstorming with them, without doubt the sparks of your thoughts will be ignited, to light up your career.
 
With luck, you probably have the chance to fly to the other side of the ocean and learn more in the headquarters of Huisman. 

In January, Huisman has its annual performance evaluation. It is a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threaten analysis of employees’ performance, in order to praise their efforts in the past year and put forward new expectation for the coming year. Meanwhile, every quarter, department leaders will review the performance and have a face-to-face interview with the employees, to make sure the employee’s target can be rationally amended and finally realized.
